Simply, click on the pink ‘Are You Recruiting?’ button in the top right corner of your screen.
How long do I need to wait for my Your School Jobs recruiter account to be activated?
Within business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00-17:30), recruiter accounts will be activated within 2 hours.
How long before my job posting will go live?
Within business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00-17:30), all job postings will be approved within 2 hours.
Can I add attachments to my job posting?
Yes. You can upload job descriptions, person specifications and lots more as part of the job upload form.
How much does it cost to advertise on Your School Jobs?
A 30-day job listing is £10.00 for a state school or further education college, and £12.50 for independent schools. The job listing includes a logo and you can also add attachments to the listing at no additional charge. You can view our full ratecard here.
How do I monitor a response to my job postings?
If you log into your recruiter account, you’ll be able to view the analytics for each of your job postings.
Do I have to pay if I want to re-advertise a role?
Yes, if you want to re-advertise a role that has already expired, this will incur another £10.00 / £12.50 charge.
How will I be invoiced?
You will be invoiced after the end of each calendar month. Invoices will be sent to the email address we hold as your invoice contact.
