We are one of the best-resourced independent preparatory schools in the area.

The school has high academic standards and is outstandingly successful at achieving places in first-choice schools at Common Entrance and at Scholarship level.

The children enjoy a full programme of academic work, opportunities for creative expression in music, drama and art and a wide variety of sports, each activity providing a happy balance to the others.

Classes are small, with never more than 18 pupils in a form in the prep school. In year 6 all the subjects are taught by specialists, so children get used to having a different teacher for every lesson.
