Danes Hill School is seeking to appoint an experienced and highly capable individual to the position of Registrar in its busy admissions department.

Established in 1947, Danes Hill is recognised as among the leading co-educational prep schools in the country.  It is a highly successful school offering an exceptional educational experience to over 800 pupils aged 3 to 13.  Located in Oxshott, Surrey and set in 55 acres bordering open countryside, yet commutable to London, it is a thriving school that has received an outstanding report by the Independent School’s Inspectorate.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Admissions, the Registrar will have responsibility for developing the strategy for, and managing the day-to-day running of, all aspects of pupil recruitment, from enquiry through to admission.

You will be passionate about high-quality education and have a proactive hands-on approach to admissions management. You will thrive as a team player, be highly motivated and bring energy, drive, and initiative to achieve the School’s admissions strategy.  You will be highly adept at delivering a warm, welcoming approach, guiding prospective parents through the admissions process.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent administration, IT, managerial and people skills. This is a challenging and extremely rewarding role. Experience of leading a first-class customer service team is essential, ideally within an educational setting.
