Harrow School is situated in Harrow on the Hill, northwest London, and is one of the best-known schools in the world. Around 830 boys study at Harrow and live in the School’s 12 boarding houses. An opportunity has arisen for a US Universities Advisor to support teaching staff in the universities process and offer guidance to the boys as they plan and prepare their university applications. They will prepare boys for interviews, liaise with US universities and support universities-related events. They will also produce guidance materials, assist with letters of recommendation and disseminate applications information to boys.

This role will suit someone who has been educated to degree level, has worked within an educational establishment, and has demonstrable knowledge of the US college admission system. They will enjoy interacting with boys, parents and teachers as well as generating well-crafted written materials to provide a knowledgeable, professional and supportive service. They will appreciate working within a friendly team, surrounded by a variety of interesting and historic buildings, and being part of the life of our vibrant School.
