Oak Wood School is looking to appoint an exciting and innovative alternative provision teacher (from any subject discipline) to lead the development of a new Alternative Provision Hub (APH) within the school. The APH will provide full time tuition for students who are at risk of permanent exclusion from mainstream education in the school at Key Stages 3 or 4 on a short-and longer-term basis. There is a dedicated suite of rooms and adequate opportunity to develop this important aspect of the school. This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher with experience of working in alternative provision to develop a new initiative as part of the school’s desire to remain inclusive and support all our students to succeed.
