Description

We are recruiting for a dynamic, creative, experienced and highly-motivated graduate teacher looking for greater responsibility and an opportunity for leadership. The successful candidate will be an energetic and innovative dramaturge with a passion for areas of theatre that push boundaries and he/she will readily be able to enthuse our students.

Excellent communication skills and empathy with young people are must haves, as is a sense of humour. We aim to inspire our students with our own passions for niche areas of theatre and applications from teachers who have aspirations to create professional theatre are welcome. Applicants will be required to have taught GCSE and A Level Drama.

An application form can be obtained from the HR Department via email hr@piperscorner.co.uk, or downloaded from our website www.piperscorner.co.uk.

Completed application forms and a covering letter should be addressed to the Headmistress and returned to HR via the email address above.

Closing date: Friday 8 December 2023

Interview date: TBC

Suitable candidates may be interviewed before the closing date and Pipers Corner School reserves the right to withdraw the position if an early appointment is made.

Pipers Corner School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful applicant will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
