The Assistant Director will lead innovative programmes and approaches to engage the least active pupils in healthy lifestyles. In addition, they will also help us use ‘sport’ to engage important partners.
The ideal candidate will be an outstanding teacher with a high degree of emotional intelligence and as one of four Assistant Directors of Sport in a large department (the other three leading PE, Performance and Participation), will make a significant contribution to the leadership and management of the department.
This exciting role has a broad remit that presents the opportunity to trial cutting edge interventions and make a significant difference to the holistic education of College pupils for many years to come.
