Description

We require a self-motivated and organised member of staff to join St Joseph’s College as Assistant Finance Officer & Parent Relations - Finance. Excellent interpersonal skills, previous experience of the Sales Ledger/Purchase Ledger/Nominal Ledger and proven administration experience (together with strong ICT skills) are required.

The Assistant Finance Officer will undertake a variety of tasks including the preparation of invoices using Sage 50 and SIMS, preparing data for invoicing and act as the main contact with a variety of stakeholders. The post holder will have previous experience in a similar role and have a can do attitude and the ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload.
