We are seeking an innovative and enthusiastic Assistant Headteacher to join our team.

The successful candidate will:

• Lead the inclusion team, secure high expectations, effective deployment of resources and improved learning outcomes for all pupils

• Play a major role in the school improvement with a particular focus on behaviour, SEND and Inclusion

• Work closely with the SENDCo and Heads of Department to ensure the curriculum is relevant, accessible and engaging for all and that all pupils are progressing

• Be an excellent role model, exemplifying a high standard of teaching and promoting high expectations for all members of the school community

• As a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, work with the safeguarding team ensuring practice, policies, procedures, systems and training are robust, up-to-date and implemented by all staff

• Be a strong team player who forms excellent relationships with staff, parents and students

• Be willing to support the ethos of our school

We continue to aim for the highest of standards and provide a friendly and hardworking team. We are a fully inclusive middle school, currently with approximately 500 pupils on roll aged from 9-13.

We are part of the Windsor Learning Partnership which includes Windsor Girls’ School, The Windsor Boys’ School, Clewer Green C of E First School and Dedworth Green First School. The successful applicant in this role will have the opportunity to work and liaise with staff across the Trust should they wish to do so in time.
