We are seeking to recruit a highly skilled attendance leader to work within our School Improvement Team. This newly created role presents a fantastic opportunity for somebody that shares our values and beliefs at a very exciting time in our journey.

The Attendance Coach will have the knowledge and expertise to facilitate improvements across our family of academies. They will work with the Safeguarding and Welfare Lead to provide high quality support and guidance for academy-based colleagues, enabling them to fulfil their statutory responsibilities. The post holder will act as a central contact point for colleagues with attendance queries and lead our Trust Attendance Faculty.

You will need a keen eye for details with the ability to analyse and report on attendance data on an academy and trust level. Also identifying vulnerabilities and implementing improvement plans with senior leaders. ​​​​​​​
