Hendon is an amazing School. Our students and staff are passionate about what they are doing, about caring for each other and about our school values of Believe, Achieve, Lead and Belong. We work with our young people to give them the best opportunities as they prepare to be ready for the next stage of their life and enable them to become the people that they want to be. Our sense of community is strong and many students have won local and national awards for their achievements and contributions to society.

We are keen to recruit a dynamic individual to lead the administration of attendance and punctuality across the school. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required, to ensure warm and supportive customer service to our students and their families. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving attendance and punctuality, liaising with parents/carers and tracking/mentoring groups and individual pupils. The ability to work independently is important as is the need to be able to deal with a busy workload and changing priorities.

The Attendance Lead is a key position at Hendon School, ensuring the high attendance of our students at school. This post relies heavily on the building of strong relationships with students, parents and staff.
