Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Behaviour Senior Support Assistant to join the team at the Oxted School. Under the direction and supervision of the Lead Behaviour Manager (LBM) this role supports the school in the implementation of the Behaviour Protocols by supporting all students in isolated learning with accessing the curriculum.

Working Pattern: Monday To Friday, 8.30am To 4.12pm With A 30 Minute Unpaid Lunch Break.

The successful applicant will support identified students with special educational needs and/or disabilities to enable them to access the curriculum. In addition, the post holders will plan and run small intervention groups.

Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills and listening skills with a commitment to helping.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 GCSE’s at Grade C or above (including Maths and English) or equivalent. Experience of working in a similar environment would be preferred
