Description

This is a temporary, part-time, position working 15 hours per week which will consist of three shifts: 9:30 – 14:30 Thursday and Friday and one other shift which will occur Mon-Wednesday. This is a term time plus position, working 38 weeks per year (34 weeks during term time and four weeks during non-term time).

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly team working within our Bookstation. Bookstation (or Bookie, as it is fondly known as within College) is a little corner of retail heaven at the heart of College. You will find a wide selection of stationery, arts and crafts plus a book ordering service available. There is also a great selection of greetings cards and gifts, perfect for birthdays or to cheer up a friend.

The Bookstation is constantly busy as all stationery and textbook orders from departments, boarding houses and support staff are also processed here

As a Bookstation Assistant, you will be working as part of a fantastic small team, supporting the department by providing excellent customer service to all pupils and staff. You will ensure that all sales and orders are dealt with quickly and efficiently in a professional, friendly manner and also carry our various stock control tasks.
