Description

Our successful candidate will be able to provide technical support and guidance to Estates Operational colleagues related to  all building services operations across our diverse portfolio of 31 Academies ensuring they provide an environment conducive with education and learning.

You will work closely with the Estates Project team, advising on building services technical elements and where appropriate, delivering building services specific projects.

You will also support the Deputy Estates Director and the Compliance Team in managing and monitoring the trust utilities contracts delivering and promoting an energy consumption-conscious culture across the organisation, ensuring that good energy management is ingrained into our operations and ways of thinking.

The successful candidate will be based at Strood Academy but can expect to be required to regularly travel to all LAT Academies.

This role offers a salary of £49,643 per annum, permanent position.
