Description

We are seeking to appoint a Data, Reporting & Compliance Manager to join St Joseph’s College on a permanent contract for an immediate start. The person appointed will provide operational management of the School Management Information Systems (SIMS) and data handling across the College.

The post holder will ideally have experience of using school MIS packages, have meticulous attention to detail and be able to collaborate with various departments across the College.
The appointed candidate will line manage the Examinations Officer and will be familiar with the JCQ instructions for conducting examinations.

The hours of work are 8am-4pm. This is a full-time, term-time role with an additional 20 working days to be spread over the holidays, including the examination period during the summer holidays as required.

The following qualities are desirable:

  • Good standard of education with experience of school MIS packages.
  • Knowledge of JCQ instructions for conducting examinations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Meticulous attention to detail (essential).
  • Highly developed ICT skills.
