The Governors of The Willink School are seeking to appoint an excellent classroom practitioner, with a track record of success in senior leadership to become Deputy Head. The Deputy Head deputise for the Head in their absence. The post is open to candidates who have had at least three years’ experience at senior leadership level. As the lead school for the Möbius Maths Hub and regional centre for Teaching School Hub Berkshire, Willink can offer the successful candidate unrivalled professional development and senior leadership opportunities.
The Willink is a successful and oversubscribed school with a strong international ethos, listed in the top ten non-selective schools in Berkshire in 2019. The school has 1250 students on roll including 220 in the Sixth Form, and is situated in a pleasant semi-rural setting south west of Reading.
