We are keen to appoint a Director of Key Stage 3
The role will work alongside the Pastoral Deputy, Director of Key Stage 4 and Heads of Year to ensure effective pastoral support for our students.
You will have the leadership skills, ideas and drive to support us in developing and implementing the next phase our pastoral provision.
We are seeking someone with:
- Commitment to providing the best possible pastoral care and support for students and their families
- High expectations of our students
- The determination to raise student outcomes
- The ability to motivate and inspire staff and students
- Proven middle leadership experience
