We are seeking to recruit a highly skilled and ambitious secondary practitioner to work within our School Improvement Team. This newly created role presents a fantastic opportunity for somebody that shares our values and beliefs at a very exciting time in our journey.

The Faculty Lead Coach will have the knowledge and expertise to support faculty and middle leaders with our Trust’s curriculum pedagogy and design. Working closely with the School Improvement Advisor this key role will facilitate the Curriculum Faculties. We are keen to further develop the professional learning communities for each curriculum area and this is an exciting opportunity to implement our vision for the faculty model.

Reporting to the School Improvement Advisor, the successful candidate will be passionate about the development of a rich and relevant curriculum for all pupils within our family of academies. In addition, will support academy faculty and subject leaders to further develop their roles and leadership expertise. ​​​​​​​
