Based at our new SEMH provision in Church Street, Theale, RG7 5BS

8:30am to 4:30pm • Monday to Friday • Term time only

We are looking for a new Family Support Worker to work alongside families and the students to improve outcomes for all. You will work as part of a multi-professional team to develop holistic pathway plans for students making valuable community links and supporting students and their families to overcome barriers to development and learning, provide targeted early help and improve outcomes for all.

You will have experience of working with families of young people with a wide rangeof needs and have experience or an understanding of local authority support networks and structures. You will need to have excellent people skills and a warm and caring personality. The ability to communicate effectively with students and parents as part of the wider school team is important.
