St Joseph’s College is recruiting a Financial Controller for a May / June 2024 start. The Financial Controller is responsible for all finance-related functions including payroll, billing, purchase ledger, trading activities, VAT, and compliance with statutory obligations such as tax, Charity Commission and wider legal obligations.

The postholder will have strong leadership, financial, commercial and project management experience with responsibility at senior level and must be a fully qualified accountant. The Financial Controller currently manages a small team and the postholder must be able to establish good working relationships at all levels with strong communication and analytical skills.
