Description

The post involves a diversity of administrative duties and requires excellent computer literacy (Word, Excel and data entry) as well as high standards of accuracy. Proven administration experience and secretarial experience is required. Applicants should have excellent interpersonal skills and be experienced in minute taking. Working within a busy Higher Education office, applicants should be versatile, willing to undertake a variety of tasks, able to work on your own initiative and have the ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of Higher Education processes and requirements would be desirable.
