Mayfield is looking for a Head of Futures to lead the School’s programme of careers education working closely with colleagues, employers and external providers to enable students to make informed decisions about their future lives outside of the School.
The successful candidate will work closely with the School’s Senior Management Team advising them on policy and strategy in relation to careers education whilst delivering a full programme of careers events throughout the academic year.

Full training will be provided to candidates who do not come from a careers background.
