Reed’s School is one of the leading Independent Day and Boarding Schools in the country providing an education around 790 pupils. The School is all-boys from 11-16 and has a co-educational Sixth Form.
We are looking to recruit a well-qualified and enthusiastic Head of Classics to lead our thriving and highly successful Classics Department. Latin is taught from Year 7 with a large number of pupils opting to continue through to GCSE and several through to A-level and University. Greek is taught to a number of enthusiasts as an extra-curricular activity.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of teaching Classics at all levels and be keen to develop initiatives with the department.
The closing date for applications will be midday on Thursday 2nd December 2021.
First interviews will be held remotely on application. Second interviews will be held during the week commencing Monday 6th December 2021.
