Queen’s College, Taunton is one of the leading independent boarding schools based in the South West of the country, educating more than 500 boys and girls (day and boarding), aged 3 months to 18 years, and is part of the Methodist Independent Schools Trust.
We are looking for a committed, energetic and inspirational teacher to fill this key role, leading and developing the learning and teaching for pupils with additional and special educational learning needs and disabilities.
The successful candidate will support teaching staff in the promotion of multisensory, differentiated learning on a school-wide basis. A thorough understanding of the issues underpinning the successful inclusion of all pupils, irrespective of needs and ability will be essential, as will excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Candidates will have excellent postgraduate qualifications and the ability to assess for exam access arrangements.
