Head of Modern Foreign Languages

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Aberdour Preparatory School for a new Head of Modern Foreign Languages to start in September 2021.  

We welcome applications from candidates who have excellent subject knowledge, the ability to inspire and motivate pupils, excellent leadership skills and experience of teaching French across a variety of year groups.

We would consider other languages for exceptional candidates. As Head of Department, you will have overall responsibility for the delivery of high standards of teaching and learning across the team, ensuring resources are used efficiently, especially the use of modern technology to enhance lessons.

Shortlisting will take place on 8th/9th March with interviews taking place the week beginning 15th March, though the school reserves the right to appoint an exceptional candidate at any stage of the application process.
