About the Role

We are looking for an inspirational, enthusiastic and highly effective Head of Music to lead and manage the music department. The successful candidate will share their passion for music in the classroom teaching from Key Stage 3 to 4 and will be expected to contribute to the wider life of the school. A commitment to curriculum enrichment and a willingness to take responsibility for leading singing and music at assemblies and liturgical services is essential. In return we can offer a work environment that will support your professional development, motivated and well-behaved students and a department with excellent facilities including three practice rooms, a recording studio and a spacious classroom. This is an opportunity to join a vibrant and academically successful department. This post is suitable for an ECT or a more experienced teacher.
