We are looking for a highly competent, experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to provide excellent comprehensive support to the Headteacher. The successful candidate will be highly organised, an exceptional communicator and experienced administrator. A good working understanding of HR administration is essential. They will need to have a calm, confident and helpful manner when dealing with all members of the school community, together with a flexible, methodical approach to work and enjoy multitasking on a daily basis in a busy environment. This is a full-time, year-round role with the requirement to work some evenings and weekends to support school events. Previous experience of working in a school environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
