Each school retains its own identity, reflective of the community it serves, while enjoying the support of a strong trust. Our Futura curriculum has been developed collaboratively to ensure we can help all our pupils to fulfil their potential. • Will empower and inspire staff, promoting effective teaching and learning, developing the school’s ethos and encouraging innovation.
  • Will optimise the social and emotional development of children so they can become well rounded, caring individuals.
  • Will build upon good relationships within the school, across our trust, with parents and in the wider community.
  • Is committed to excellent safeguarding procedures.

In return we can offer you:

  • A strong programme of leadership support and development, delivered by experienced professionals.
  • Positive, courteous and thoughtful children who take pride in their school.
  • An excellent team of practitioners, passionate about improving children's opportunities and outcomes.
  • Strong community links and highly supportive parents.
  • A proactive and energetic local governing committee.
  • Generous staff benefits including discounted sports centre/gym membership, free wellbeing support & medical cover, free on-site parking and cycle to work scheme.

If you share our passion for raising aspirations and increasing children’s life chances through education, and if you believe that you have the skills and expertise to make a significant contribution to the life and work of our school, pleased consider joining Bridge Farm Primary School as its Headteacher.
