We are looking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join and support our wider SEN teams at Milestone Academy in New Ash Green and/or across our provisions at Wilmington Academy, The Leigh Academy, Dartford Primary Academy and Cherry Orchard Primary Academy. This role is ideal for those who genuinely have a passion for helping children, particularly with learning difficulties, and also a fantastic opportunity for those considering a career in Teaching to gain valuable first-hand experience. This is a great role for those who already have a relevant qualification and experience in an HLTA capacity.

Our successful HLTA will need to be qualified to at least Level 3.

The basis of this role is fixed term, initially for one year, 37 hours per week, Term Time + 1 week inset, offering an actual Salary £23,229 - £25,721 per annum (£27,007 - £29,904 full-time equivalent), commensurate with experience.
