Reed's School is one of the leading Independent Secondary Day and Boarding Schools in the country, providing an education for 790 pupils. The School is all-boys from 11-16 and has a co-educational Sixth Form. Ripley Court School is a popular independent co­ educational preparatory school for 3-11 year olds set in 19 acres of beautiful Surrey countryside including extensive playing fields and a Forest School.

We are currently looking to recruit an HR Assistant who will provide administrative support to a busy HR Team. Duties will include responding to recruitment and general HR queries as appropriate and coordinating all aspects of the recruitment and new starter processes. The successful candidate will assist with the HR processes for both Reed's and Ripley Court Schools.

You will be friendly, approachable, have an eye for detail, excellent communication skills and work well as part of a team.

This role is a full-time, year-round role and will report into the HR Manager.
