We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead the HR team at St Swithun’s. They will ensure regulatory compliance and the provision of a professional HR service. They will have responsibility for recruitment, employee relations, benefits and staff training across the school.
Ideally the successful candidate will be a flexible thinker with experience of working in a school environment, or another environment with safeguarding practices in force.
The HR manager role at St Swithun’s is full time, all year round. The usual hours of work are Monday to Friday 08.30 – 17.00. Some flexibility is required depending on workload.
