Term time only plus two weeks • 36 hours per week, 41 weeks of the year
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a friendly and supportive team and to make a significant contribution to the College’s continued success.
The HR Manager leads and manages the work of the HR Department and provides advice, guidance and support to the Senior Leadership Team and all staff across the College. The ideal candidate will have a CIPD qualification and will possess integrity, resilience and the ability to communicate effectively with employees, management and external stakeholders.
This is a full-time, term time (plus 2 weeks) permanent post, 36 hours per week for 41 weeks of the year. The starting salary will be dependent on experience and will be based on a full-time equivalent salary in the range £35,041 to £36,770 per annum, inclusive of fringe area allowance. Based on a 41-week contract this provides an actual pro rata salary of £31,556 to £33,113 per annum, inclusive of fringe area allowance (pay award pending).
