We are seeking a HR Officer to assist the HR Manager in the provision of a Human Resources function and to support the management of the School.
The successful candidate will have a proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality and to prioritise numerous demands. A meticulous eye for detail and an ability to process large amounts of data are vital requirements.
Duties will include providing a first line of response to all HR enquiries, coordinating recruitment and selection including child protection administration, absence monitoring, data management and reporting and other HR-related administration.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a HR Administrator role, be proactive and organised with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, have excellent communication and administrative skills, have a helpful and positive nature with a ‘can-do’ attitude and will have a genuine enthusiasm for the boarding school environment.

- 5 weeks’ holiday plus Bank Holidays
