Description

To start: 1 January 2024

Polehampton CE Infant School and Polehampton CE Junior School are separate two-form-entry schools across two sites, which operate with one Senior Leadership Team and one Local Governing Body. The Polehampton schools are set within large grounds and have excellent opportunities for the pupils, including a swimming pool at the Junior site. Both schools are proud members of The Keys Academy Trust. Due to the expansion of our Senior Leadership Team, we are seeking inspirational, hard working and passionate teachers and leaders to join our lively, friendly and pupil-focused school.

What type of person are we looking for?

We are seeking inspirational, passionate teachers from any stage in their teaching career. The most important thing to us is that a teacher is able to manage their time effectively, plan and teach excellent lessons.
All our successful applicants will be expected to embrace life as a ‘primary school’ across two sites (including travelling between sites). Although we are C of E schools, applicants do not need to be of Christian faith; all faiths or no particular religion are welcomed to apply.

Staff benefits within Polehampton and The Keys Academy Trust

The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work with colleagues across our family of schools as part of The Keys Academy Trust’s CPD programme and networking opportunities. The supportive, collaborative group of schools within The Keys Academy Trust provides a unique and high-quality network of professionals with whom to engage, and we are all committed to helping each other to develop and build our own strong foundations for professional practice and innovation. The Keys Academy Trust leads on National Professional Qualifications in our area and supports teachers with all areas of their professional development. We also offer a range of bespoke CPD for leads and teachers.
