We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, creative, and forward-thinking individual to join our team at The Wellington Academy. You will be working alongside the Senior Leadership Team, managing the support aspects of the school.

The successful candidate will have: 

  • Experience of working in a school environment or similar field in HR, H&S or facilities.
  • Have completed or willingness to undertake relevant training.
  • Leader qualities; able to inspire and motivate others.

You will be responsible for providing the daily oversight to ensure the smooth running of the support functions of the school. This will be through planning, monitoring, and ensuring the supporting systems are fully updated and procedures are maintained – this will include administration, facilities, HR and Health & Safety are all running efficiently.
