Short Summary
We are seeking to appoint a one to one teaching assistant to support a named child in Reception.
Salary
Salary range: £19,563 – £20,353 pa, FTE, pro rata, depending on experience (Approx. actual salary: £11,300 – £11,765 pa, equating to an hourly rate between £10.14 – £10.55 per hour
Working Pattern
Fixed term contract • 25 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am – 3pm (with an hour lunch)

Description

We are seeking to appoint a one to one teaching assistant to support a named child in Reception.

The successful candidate should have experience of working with children with special needs, have a kind and caring manner, and work well in a team. ASD experience is desirable but not essential as appropriate training will be given.

The successful candidate should be able to converse in standard English and be able to support with early development. We are looking for an individual who has vision & drive, high expectations of achievement & behaviour, and puts children at the heart of everything they do. The right candidate should also have a kind, caring manner, and be able to work well in a team.
