We are keen to appoint a passionate and well-organised individual to work as PA to the Headteacher. The jobs purpose is to provide an indispensable day-to-day support to the Headteacher to maximise her efficiency, while providing support in the strategic running of the school through developing a deep understanding of the Headteacher’s needs and preferences. Finally, it is vital to act autonomously and use informed initiative to deal with issues that arise.

Candidates will be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  • The ability to draft correspondence quickly and accurately
  • Evidence of IT skills including the use of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Evidence of working as part of a team
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times

Good organisational and communication skills are essential together with a willingness to be persuasive and handle a range of situations.
