We are seeking an experienced PA to the Head to play a vital part in the higher-level co-ordination and smooth running of Woldingham School.

This is a high-profile role within the School requiring the highest professional standards and outstanding personal qualities. This is an excellent opportunity to join our extraordinary School and be part of an exceptional team. The Head’s PA will act as the first point of contact for the Head and will provide full administration and organisational support to ensure the smooth running of his office and to assist the Head in all aspects of his role.

That’s why we’re looking for an experienced, flexible and enthusiastic professional with a positive outlook and a ‘can do’ approach. The successful candidate will have a sound track record of providing senior level PA support and a thorough knowledge of office administration systems and procedures. While experience gained in a school environment is highly desirable, it’s certainly not essential.

Close to London, yet in an outstandingly beautiful rural setting, Woldingham is a happy and successful Catholic boarding and day school for girls aged 11 to 18. With a strong community and caring culture we are building on a proud heritage that stretches back over 175 years. We’re now driving an exciting future that’s underpinned by fresh ideas, an innovative spirit and state-of-the-art facilities.

Closing date: 9am, Monday 10 May 2021.
Interviews: w/c 17 May 2021.

Woldingham School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. An enhanced DBS report will be required for the successful candidate.

The Woldingham community is a rich one in which many different backgrounds and cultures are represented and many different languages spoken. This diversity is valued and respected and we are keen to welcome applications from all applicants that feel that they meet the requirements of the role, regardless of their background and culture. All job applicants will be considered solely on their ability to do the job.
