We are seeking to appoint a for September 2021 highly motivated, enthusiastic and innovative Pastoral Support Manager to join our team here at The Bicester School for 37 hours per week, term time only plus 1 week (inset days).

The successful applicant will be able to work in a busy environment, self-motivated, have excellent communications skills and possess the ability to remain calm in difficult situations. Working in line with School policies and procedures relating to Child Protection, you will assist with steps to ensure students’ issues are successfully resolved.  You must be committed to securing high standards of behaviour and discipline which will increase academic attainment.

Previous experience of working within this environment is desirable but is not essential as full training and support will be given.
