40 hours per week (There is an expectation to work Saturday, not every week)

As Pastry Chef you will enthuse and demonstrate a passion for bakery and desserts and participate with the Head Chef in the development of the menus in four schools.

You will bring on board excellent and innovative culinary skills and provide an exciting and nutritionally balanced diet, whilst at the same time being flexible in providing catering for bespoke dietary requirements.
