Fixed Term Contract until July 2023 • Saturday to Wednesday to include morning and evening shifts

This role is to support the boarding and teaching staff to facilitate the active participation of students in the academic and social activities of the College. The successful candidate must be interested in the pastoral care of students and be keen to enjoy and participate in all aspects of a boarding school life. The post requires the successful candidate to assist with the day to day running of the boarding house, help to organise, run and staff the Weekend trips and activities, to help with administrative tasks involved in boarding and to play a complementary and supporting role to students in class by encouraging pupils in their learning and the acquisition of skills.

The successful candidate will be a positive team player with a proven track record of being highly organised and able to act on their own initiative. They will have to demonstrate a fair but firm approach and must enjoy working with young people.

This role would be ideal for graduates wishing to gain experience in a boarding school environment. This role would best suit a graduate interested in pursuing a career in education and/or pastoral care.
