Description

We are looking for a talented and dedicated Administrator to join Wycombe Abbey as a Safeguarding and Compliance Administrator. Although this is a full time role, we are also interested in receiving applications from those who would consider a part time job share.

This is an exciting new position to support the Director of Safeguarding and Pupil Welfare and the Head of Compliance with administrative functions. The role involves drafting agendas and taking minutes for Safeguarding Committee Meetings, maintaining the Safeguarding Training Log, organising safeguarding inductions, maintaining all health & safety related logs, organising First Aid courses and assisting in the preparation of Inspection related documents.

The successful candidate(s) will have a successful track record of administrative support at senior management level in a complex and fast-paced environment, be a positive and proactive team-player, demonstrate ability to maintain confidentiality and have excellent organisational and communications skills.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Friday (with some flexibility) during term time (32 weeks) plus an additional 4 weeks during Wycombe Abbey School holidays. Hours include a 1-hour unpaid lunch break during each shift.
