32.5 hrs per week (flexibility on start/finish times) Term Time only plus two weeks during school holidays

Woodlands Park is a warm and welcoming school in the heart of the local community with committed staff and energetic and enthusiastic children. Slough and East Berkshire Multi Academy Trust (SEBMAT), is a successful trust comprising of four primary and two secondary schools. 

We wish to appoint a happy, helpful and enthusiastic colleague who will be able to support our families, children and staff in a busy and friendly school environment.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have good interpersonal skills, be flexible and able to work as part of a team.
  • Work as part of the leadership team and the wider trust finance team, to ensure the school meets its educational aims.
  • Provide professional leadership and management of school support staff.
  • Ideally have previous experience of Financial Management Systems in schools and be able to manage our lettings and contracts.
  • Have knowledge of HR Management in schools.
  • Have knowledge of Health and Safety in schools.
  • Manage the site maintenance team, catering and cleaning staff.
