Competitive salary plus benefits, Day shifts • Joining as soon as possible
We are seeking to appoint a Cleaner to join our small, but very effective domestic team. Normal working hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm (27.5 hours per week) throughout the year. Flexibility for occasional evening and weekend day shifts to cover key school events is required with additional hours to support other busy periods also available. This will include sickness and holiday cover for the college laundry.
Working collaboratively with our domestic team your responsibilities will include efficient and prompt cleaning of day and boarding houses, offices, classrooms, meeting rooms, changing rooms and other areas of the School.
Applicants must be able to meet the physical requirements of the role and work to high standards. As a member of the domestic team we are looking for an energetic, conscientious team member who is confident working independently.
Some experience of operating cleaning equipment and materials, and experience working in a Laundry will be an advantage, but not essential as training will be provided.
