We currently have a vacancy for a part time School Counsellor who will provide a comprehensive counselling service focused on the mental health and resilience of all pupils, including those considered at risk and those with additional needs. You will employ and develop a range of therapeutic interventions to encourage confidence, independence, reflection and resilience in young people, whilst supporting them with individual needs. Reporting to the Director of Safeguarding and Pupil Welfare, you will work in partnership with senior pastoral staff to assist with the further development of a holistic approach to mental health and wellbeing of pupils.
