Full Time, full year, 36.42 hours a week • Monday to Friday, 6.30am to 3pm
Overtime payment at agreed rates for out of hours ‘call-outs’ (such as evening and weekend events and lettings).
The main focus of the role will be to provide a Caretaking, Security and Health & Safety service to the College.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join our College community in what will be a new role at our highly successful College. This pivotal role requires a personable and confident individual with managerial experience who is able to build strong working relationships with students, staff and contractors alike. Candidates must be highly organised and proactive, with a keen interest in developing what is a new role within the college.
