About the role: Leigh Academies Trust has a fantastic opportunity to appoint an experienced and knowledgeable Site Manager to join our fantastic team, starting as soon as possible.
Our successful candidate will have previous premises management experience, taking full responsibility for the care and maintenance of the premises of either The Halley Academy or Leigh Academy Blackheath (location to be confirmed in due course). Both sites are secondary academies within a stone's throw of each other in the South East London/Greenwich area.
You will be a key player in ensuring the high standards of compliance are maintained and that facilities are safe and fit for purpose. You will manage a team of Premises Operatives and work closely with the Academy Estates Manager to ensure that the internal and external environment is conducive to the promotion of learning. A knowledge of Health and Safety is essential to this role as well as being able to communicate effectively.

This is a permanent, full time role offering £26,647 pa as a starting salary. Annual pay progression is available based on successful performance in post.
