Reporting to the Talent & People Development Lead the postholder will be responsible for managing the talent acquisition journey including attraction, sourcing and selection strategies through to offer, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.

You will support the Talent & People Development Lead in the management the talent development journey including appraisal and performance review, annual Academic Promotion process as well as L&D, talent pipelines and initiatives. In addition you will assist & support with all EDI&B & wellbeing related activities

Build strong relationships with current suppliers and collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders across the school who need temporary agency workers or new talent to ensure value for money and compliance.

The role will support across both schools working to support the wider People and Culture and Payroll team.
