About the role: Molehill Primary Academy has a fantastic opportunity to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Assistant to join our highly collaborative and supportive team, starting from September 2022. Our TAs are pivotal to our success in the classroom and provide a great deal of support for our teachers, therefore our successful candidate will be able to establish strong working relationships with staff and students alike. Key responsibilities will be to provide pupils with a wide range of support, guided by the Class Teacher, to enable children to make progress and attain the targets set within the National Curriculum or Individual Education Plans.

This is a fixed term opportunity until March 2023, offering an actual salary of £14,665 per annum based on 32.5 hours per week, Term Time + 1 week of inset.

Our academy caters for boys and girls from the age of 4-11 years. It is well equipped, having its own library, dining hall, assembly hall, sports field and wooded copse. Being part of Leigh Academies Trust: As of 1st September 2021, our Trust comprises 31 geographically organised academies (15 secondaries, 14 primaries and 2 special) educating 20,000 students, and employing over 2,500 talented staff.
