The role will be term time with an additional 5 weeks during school holidays. 

Reed’s School is one of the leading Independent Day and Boarding Schools in the country providing an education for over 790 pupils. The School is all boys from 11-16 and has a co-educational Sixth Form.

We are looking to recruit a flexible and enthusiastic Theatre Technical Manager to assist the Drama department in the organisation of stage lighting, sound and AV equipment. You will also be involved in set design and creation, management and organisation of drama resources, ensuring that the Drama department is compliant with health and safety legislation and assisting with the teaching of technical aspects of drama production.

You will also assist with whole School events which require technical expertise. This will include sound and lighting for music concerts, performances outside of the Drama department, assemblies, visiting speakers, Speech Day and Open Mornings.

The role will be term time with an additional 5 weeks during school holidays. 

There will also be a requirement to work some weekends and evenings in order to provide the necessary level of support for Drama performances.
